Just a few more hours before we can kiss each other to a wonderful new year and pop those corks!

Probably your fridges are already stacked with big-name brands like Moët & Chandon, Piper Heidsieck and Veuve Clivquot (or a shitload of supermarket Prosecco), but for those looking for something special, here my top 3 nobody-knows-them-or-where-to-get-them-but-they-will-rock-your-boat Champagnes!

1. Glavier Folie de Cramant: Fresh, balanced, subtle bouquet of white fruits (apple, pear) and a hint of vanilla due to the cask aging. And magnum sized!

2. Tornay Millesime 2000: A blanc de blancs (100% Chardonnay). Scent and taste of honey, nuts and fresh baked bread. 14 years quality aged.

3. Francois Heucq, rose brut: Fresh and fruity. Taste of forest strawberries. Smells great and well, the color, yeah pink.

Enjoy your night and make awesome things happen in 2015!

With thanks to miss Brunia. My champagne expert :)
